Sarah advocates for both individuals and businesses on a wide range of litigation matters. Her practice primarily focuses on counseling dealership clients in disputes arising under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law and motor vehicle dealer franchise laws. Sarah has written appellate briefs to both the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court. She regularly conducts depositions, drafts dispositive motions, handles discovery disputes, and conducts oral arguments on behalf of individuals and businesses of all sizes. Sarah uses her litigation skills to support Boardman Clark’s insurance defense litigation team and employment law team as well.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Sarah worked as a summer associate for Boardman Clark for two years while finishing her law degree at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Dedicated to creating equal opportunities for all, Sarah uses her background in Psychology and Spanish to connect with each individual client on a personal level in order to understand and serve their unique needs.
Sarah is a law student outreach committee leader for Boardman Clark’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA) Group, a member of Boardman Clark’s sustainability committee, and a member of Boardman Clark’s recruiting committee.
