Emmerson is an associate working in the firm’s Labor & Employment, Litigation, and Immigration Practice Groups. During her time as a law student, Emmerson clerked at Boardman Clark, externed in the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Civil Litigation Unit, and served as the Senior Note & Comment Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. Emmerson’s extensive legal writing experience helps her serve clients with a wide range of legal issues.
