For over 50 years, our attorneys have worked with cities, villages, towns and counties throughout Wisconsin.     Advising Library Boards in their statutory duty to hire the librarian and oversee library personnel issues, and in their budgetary responsibility, including interaction with the state and county funding sources.

    Representation in front of state and federal regulatory bodies, as well as contract disputes.

  • Project Development and Asset Transfer Agreements

    Negotiation of long term and short term power supply agreements (including EEI and NAEMA tariff agreements), wholesale water supply agreements, renewable energy project agreements, and asset purchase and sale agreements.
