Taylor is an experienced litigator who defends individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout Wisconsin. His practice is centered on insurance premises liability, catastrophic accidents, transportation law, professional liability, products liability, and insurance coverage. Before joining Boardman Clark, Taylor represented clients in Oregon and Nevada in various matters, including trials, arbitrations, depositions, and agency hearings. In addition to representing clients in state court, Taylor regularly practices in federal district courts and courts of appeals. Prior to starting in private practice, Taylor clerked for a trial court judge and with multiple government agencies.
