Mark practices out of the firm’s Madison office in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on condemnation (eminent domain), land use, zoning, and municipal law. He is a frequent guest speaker on issues involving condemnation, zoning, and municipal law. Mark represents both municipalities and land owners in condemnation and land use matters.
