Eric practices in commercial litigation and franchise/dealership law, with an emphasis on representing automobile, agricultural equipment, heavy truck and other equipment dealers. He has successfully represented clients in litigation against large national and multi-national manufacturers and franchisors, in arbitrations, in trials before state and federal courts, and in state and federal appellate courts. Eric also regularly represents businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of business disputes. In addition to extensive courtroom experience, Eric and the franchise/dealership practice group provide a full array of legal services to dealerships and other franchisees including compliance with state and federal regulation; mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses; consumer disputes; and disputes with manufacturers, franchisors and vendors.
