Occupational Safety and Health Administration Issues Rule Regarding Retaliation Complaints Against Whistleblowers in the Automotive Industry

This past week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued final procedures and time frames for handling retaliation complaints against whistleblowers in the automotive industry, including automobile dealerships, seeking to boost the remedies available to employees who are protected under federal labor laws.
