On November 14, 2016, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published a new version of Form I‑9, Employment Eligibility Verification. USCIS states that the mandatory use date of the 11/14/2016 version is January 22, 2017. More information is available at the USCIS website.
