Boardman & Clark LLP recently announced that Jacob Frost has been named the firm’s newest partner. Jacob practices primarily in the areas of litigation, collections, and family law. He has been with the firm since 2008.
"Jacob has proven himself as an exceptionally talented young attorney during his time as an associate with the firm, earning high praise from judges, clients and colleagues," said attorney Richard Heinemann, Chair of Boardman & Clark's Executive Committee. "We know he will be an invaluable addition to the partnership."
In his litigation practice, Jacob works with his clients to resolve potential lawsuits outside of court when possible, and is a skilled litigator when disputes do end up in court. In the area of family law, Jacob guides clients through all stages of divorce and paternity proceedings, both before and after divorce, including modifying custody, placement, and support or enforcing the divorce judgment through contempt proceedings. Additionally, Jacob works with individuals and businesses in the area of collections. Jacob was named a Wisconsin Super Lawyers "Rising Star" each of the last three years and was named Wisconsin Law Journal "Up and Coming Lawyer" in 2016.
