According to In Business, the Forty Under 40 list recognizes "some of the most successful and civic-minded young professionals under the age of 40 in the Greater Madison area." Julia was selected based on her leadership and contributions to the firm and to the community.
At Boardman Clark, Julia practices Real Estate & Land Use law and Municipal law. She assists individuals, businesses, and municipalities with a wide range of legal issues — from drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, and declarations to assisting both municipal and private sector clients with development issues, right-of-way regulation, telecommunications siting, zoning changes and variances, tax increment financing, and all manner of disputes regarding real estate.
