Boardman Clark Welcomes Lucas Sczygelski to the Firm

Lucas counsels his business clients in connection with a wide variety of general corporate and contractual matters, represents parties in commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and advises buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions.
