Boardman Clark Welcomes Lucas Sczygelski to the Firm

Boardman Clark is proud to announce that attorney Lucas Sczygelski has joined the firm. Lucas will work primarily with the Business Practice Group

Lucas counsels his business clients in connection with a wide variety of general corporate and contractual matters, represents parties in commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and advises buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions.
