Boardman Clark Hosts Women in Law Panel for Wisconsin Law Students

On April 9, 2025, Boardman Clark hosted a Women in Law panel discussion for Wisconsin law students. Justice Jill Karofsky, Attorney Greta Hilgendorf of Deloitte, Attorney Margo Kirchner of Wisconsin Justice Initiative, Boardman Clark Attorney Kirsten Spira, and Attorney Michelle Young of MainSpring Energy joined together to answer some questions about what it’s like to be a woman in law.

The panelists shared what inspired them to pursue a career in law, the challenges they’ve faced in their careers, and advice they had for young women beginning their careers in the legal profession.
