Job Overview

Our busy law firm is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Director in a range of marketing and administrative tasks, including organizing events, executing internal and external communications, and maintaining social media presence. The Coordinator may also contribute to creative projects including graphic design and branding. Working knowledge of popular social media platforms, the Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS platforms is ideal.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting with internal communications, including administering firm newsletters and company intranet
  • Assisting with external communications, including posting content and orchestrating email blasts
  • Event coordination
  • Administering social media and online presence
  • Administrative support, including processing invoices, maintaining contact databases, and working with management team on miscellaneous projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Skills: Organization, Time-management, Social media, Event coordination, Basic familiarity with graphic design/desktop publishing
  • Personal characteristics: Reliable, Detail oriented, Creative, Professional, Collaborative, Proactive
  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $43,000
