We recognize that start-up and early stage companies need flexibility in structuring and paying legal fees. We will work with entrepreneurs to establish a fee structure that makes sense – deferred fees, a monthly legal services plan, not-to-exceed fee amounts, and in the right circumstances we may accept equity in return for our legal services.
