2016 Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law and Other Announcements

June 2016

2016 Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law / School Law Chapter.  In May, the State Bar of Wisconsin published the 2016 edition of the Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law, which examines significant judicial and legislative developments of the past year in Wisconsin.  Boardman & Clark attorneys JoAnn M. Hart and M. Tess O’Brien-Heinzen co-authored the chapter that discusses developments in school law during 2015.  Because the school law chapter focuses on a wide range of current issues that impact public schools, it serves as a valuable resource for school administrators and board members.  Please open the link Annual Survey of Wisconsin Law 2016 School Law Chapter to review the chapter.  (You may have to hold down the “ctrl” key when clicking the link.)  If you have any questions regarding any matter addressed in the Survey, please feel free to contact us.
